iQonic 3rd General Assembly | Prague

On December 3rd-4th,  iQonic partners came together in Prague for the 3rd General Assembly of the iQonic project.

The event, hosted by HILASE aimed to assess the 1st year of iQonic activities and to launch the second year of activities.

So, let’s sum this first year up!

What have we achieved? Project partners have been working together to define 1) user requirements and identify which technologies are relevant for each iQonic use case; 2) verifying the state of the art of current technologies; 3) defining use-cases specificities and potentials.

The goal? Developing and implementing the multidisciplinary iQonic architecture, functionalities and smart technologies that will guarantee end-users the opportunity to achieve flexibility, zero-defect production and sustainability in optoelectrical manufacturing.

Our next challanges? Consolidating and launching a data-driven assembly and disassembly process-chain model, tools and sensors to be applied in the production line, defect-life-cycle management and remanufacturing technologies as well as disassembly and remanufacturing solutions.
